How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for weekday tours and 3–4 weeks for weekends, especially during peak season (April–October). Last-minute requests are welcome — just call us!
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Wine tour gift certificates are available in any amount. They make a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or corporate rewards. Contact us to purchase.
What's your cancellation policy?
Wine tours require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before your tour. If your tour date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is due at booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your tour receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, less a 3% credit card processing fee on the refunded portion. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency we will work to postpone your tour to another day, subject to availability — we're a service business first, and our first move is always to reschedule around our existing schedule whenever we can.
Can you pick us up in Charlotte or Raleigh?
Absolutely. We regularly pick up from Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Boone, Banner Elk, and other NC cities. Pickup location is factored into your tour timing and quote.
